Shipment processing time

Usually we have everything in stock and ready to ship. Processing the payment will take 24 hs approximately. Shipping takes between 3 to 5 business days depending on location.

We also deliver to any forwarder in the US territory if you are exporting the equipment

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Restocking Fee

All returns are subject to a restocking charge equal to 15% (fifteen per cent) of the Invoice

Customs, Duties and Taxes

www.ledmarketusa.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Refund Policy

The customer has 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
All items must be in the original packaging and unused.
There is a 15% restocking fee + shipping costs.
