Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are ONLY accepted for products that have not been delivered. Once a product is delivered, opened or used it is not eligible for returns.
The equipment must be unused and in its original packaging.
Partial returns are not allowed—only full orders may be returned.

2. Fees & Shipping Costs
A 20% restocking fee + all shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
The customer is also responsible for associated fees with the purchase.

The refund policy only applies to Mirackle products.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, contact us with your order number and details about the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of products cannot be returned:

• Custom or special-order items.
• Items marked as final sale.
• Used products or products with signs of installation

Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning any item. These shipping charges are non-refundable.

In the event a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.
