I originally received hanging bars that were rusty and poorly powder coated. After sending them back, the replacements unfortunately had many of the same quality issues. Because of that experience, I left a one-star review.
The following morning, the company's CEO, CJ, personally called me to ask what he could do to make things right. I told him all I really wanted was a set of quality hanging bars with a durable finish that wouldn't flake off. He immediately offered several options, including a full refund, a free replacement box of bars, or anything else he could do to make things right. He even gave me his personal number and said "If you ever have ANY issues you can call me, save this number".
That conversation completely changed my impression of the company. I went from feeling like just another customer to feeling like they genuinely value the people who choose their products over the competition. While the initial quality issue was disappointing, CJ's willingness to personally take responsibility and resolve the situation speaks volumes about the company's commitment to customer satisfaction.
Because of how the issue was handled, I've updated my review from one star to five stars. I'll continue purchasing LED products from this company, and I wish more businesses approached customer service the way CJ did—by listening, taking ownership, and making things right.

From my recent research in preparation to purchase a LED Display (video wall) for our church, I found out that the LED display market is a very vast market with variable products and several vendors. After about 2-3 weeks of surfing the market and products, I was almost about to settle with buying from a particular vendor, when I stumbled on the company called LED MARKET. Lucas and his team of Technicians were excellent. The did not put any pressure on me like the other company was doing. Besides their prices were better and their warranty covers 3 years instead of the 2 years most companies offer. They answered all my questions and concerns and offered great virtual assistance in the configuration stage of the setup. Which is something that most companies charge between $500-$850 per hour. I went back and forth with questions and Lucas was always ready to offer answers and explanations. These guys are great and offer great customer care. These Mirackle panels are built like tanks. The structure is solid, the connectors are high quality, and the image is beautiful. You can tell this is a pro-level product from top to bottom.

The pixel pitch is perfect for camera use, and we’ve had zero flickering or latency issues. We got a P1.8mm. A great investment if you're serious about high-quality visuals. I run a mid-size church and don’t have a tech department, so I was nervous about getting a Mirackle LED wall. Thankfully, TJ was incredibly helpful. He explained everything clearly, helped us configure the processor, and assisted with color calibration over a video call. It felt like he was right there with us.
