LED Wall for Banquet Halls

Our business was in the market for a large LED wall for our expo center. The goal was to get something clear 1.9 mm ,reasonable, free standing or truss mount if needed. I Had quotes from multiple local vendors and the price was high. Also a few months out for the gear to come in. Found LED MARKET and they had everything in stock ready to go with helpful videos online for set up and tear down. The LED wall also came with road cases which is very helpful for storage. We have had it a few months now and have put it up and taken it down about 10 times. All is still working and fits together like new. Great product and would definitely buy from them again.

I originally received hanging bars that were rusty and poorly powder coated. After sending them back, the replacements unfortunately had many of the same quality issues. Because of that experience, I left a one-star review.
The following morning, the company's CEO, CJ, personally called me to ask what he could do to make things right. I told him all I really wanted was a set of quality hanging bars with a durable finish that wouldn't flake off. He immediately offered several options, including a full refund, a free replacement box of bars, or anything else he could do to make things right. He even gave me his personal number and said "If you ever have ANY issues you can call me, save this number".
That conversation completely changed my impression of the company. I went from feeling like just another customer to feeling like they genuinely value the people who choose their products over the competition. While the initial quality issue was disappointing, CJ's willingness to personally take responsibility and resolve the situation speaks volumes about the company's commitment to customer satisfaction.
Because of how the issue was handled, I've updated my review from one star to five stars. I'll continue purchasing LED products from this company, and I wish more businesses approached customer service the way CJ did—by listening, taking ownership, and making things right.

LED Market was great to work with. We run a video virtual production studio and purchased one of the 1.5 pitch screens. The quality is wonderful. The team at LED Market was always super responsive with the many pre-sale questions I had. Overall an amazing experience.

Besides their prices were better and their warranty covers 3 years instead of the 2 years most companies offer. The pixel pitch is perfect for camera use, and we’ve had zero flickering or latency issues. We got a P1.8mm. A great investment if you're serious about high-quality visuals.
