Can the Building Support the Complete System?
Do not calculate only the weight of the cabinets. The structure must support the full installed load, including mounting hardware, cabling, power distribution, and control equipment.
Even lightweight LED walls require proper structural review. Permanent LED walls may also require careful planning around walls, floors, ceilings, or rigging points. Access matters too: elevators, freight doors, hallways, and loading areas should be checked before delivery so equipment can actually reach the installation area.

Requested screen dimensions do not always match the dimensions the hardware can physically produce. Cabinet sizes are fixed, commonly 500×500 mm or 500×1000 mm, so the final width and height must be calculated from the selected cabinet combination.

Service access should be planned before the structure is built. If rear access is limited, front-service LED panels can allow technicians to remove modules and reach internal components from the viewing side.
For LED screens installed flush against a wall, confirm whether front access applies only to modules or also to power supplies, receiver cards, and internal wiring. Good serviceability can reduce labor, downtime, and future maintenance complications.

Waiting until a component fails to source a replacement can create avoidable downtime. Because LED technology is produced in batches, color and brightness matching can become more difficult over time.

A five-year warranty should be evaluated as operational protection, not just a marketing claim. Confirm which components are covered, what conditions apply, how quickly support responds, and whether compatible replacement parts will remain available.
