I originally received hanging bars that were rusty and poorly powder coated. After sending them back, the replacements unfortunately had many of the same quality issues. Because of that experience, I left a one-star review.
The following morning, the company's CEO, CJ, personally called me to ask what he could do to make things right. I told him all I really wanted was a set of quality hanging bars with a durable finish that wouldn't flake off. He immediately offered several options, including a full refund, a free replacement box of bars, or anything else he could do to make things right. He even gave me his personal number and said "If you ever have ANY issues you can call me, save this number".
That conversation completely changed my impression of the company. I went from feeling like just another customer to feeling like they genuinely value the people who choose their products over the competition. While the initial quality issue was disappointing, CJ's willingness to personally take responsibility and resolve the situation speaks volumes about the company's commitment to customer satisfaction.
Because of how the issue was handled, I've updated my review from one star to five stars. I'll continue purchasing LED products from this company, and I wish more businesses approached customer service the way CJ did—by listening, taking ownership, and making things right.
