We recently had our Mirackle screen installed for our virtual studio and it looks incredible. TJ was on top of everything, timing, coordination, and making sure we were confident with the process. It was an A+ experience from start to finish.
From customer service to delivery to final setup, everything was professional and easy. I especially want to thank the team for their support. It’s rare to find a team this dedicated.
We used LED Market for a touring event and Dave made sure our setup was solid and road-ready. Everything arrived on time, well packed, and clearly labeled. The Mirackle panels held up beautifully.

From my recent research in preparation to purchase a LED Display (video wall) for our church, I found out that the LED display market is a very vast market with variable products and several vendors. After about 2-3 weeks of surfing the market and products, I was almost about to settle with buying from a particular vendor, when I stumbled on the company called LED MARKET. Lucas and his team of Technicians were excellent. The did not put any pressure on me like the other company was doing. Besides their prices were better and their warranty covers 3 years instead of the 2 years most companies offer. They answered all my questions and concerns and offered great virtual assistance in the configuration stage of the setup. Which is something that most companies charge between $500-$850 per hour. I went back and forth with questions and Lucas was always ready to offer answers and explanations. These guys are great and offer great customer care. We recently purchased 128 panels from LED Market and are very satisfied with the quality of the product. What really stands out though is the customer service. Most companies have great customer service while making the sale, but after is the true test. LED Market has some of the best customer service we have seen since the purchase. Every email is responded to quickly, every call is returned quickly, often within minutes. Any issue we have had they have resolved quickly by either sending us parts or educating us on how to better implement their product. They even went as far as to send several wiring diagrams for different configurations we might find ourselves creating.
